Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant, working from home in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our services - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Updating customer records and maintaining accurate database information - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
