Job Description:
Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a talented and driven Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of resourcefulness.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information and support to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across all channels. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Associate degree or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Must have a quiet workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 7. Driven personality with a passion for customer service. 8. Resourceful attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
