Call Center Assistant - Work from home

As a Call Center Assistant at Qatar Science & Technology Park, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve problems - Experience in people management is preferred - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home - Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred
