Call Center Associate

Job description:

Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a reliable and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department as needed - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on ways to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
