Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Associate at Woqod, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through handling incoming calls and inquiries. You will be expected to address customer concerns, provide information about our products and services, and assist with resolving any issues that may arise. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are hardworking, passionate, and possess strong emotional intelligence and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize company scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and accurate information to customers - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working remotely and utilizing technology for communication - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings - Must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection - Must be fluent in English and Arabic
