Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Qatar Petroleum. This part-time position will be based in Doha, QA and is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Document all customer interactions in the system - Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
