Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Qatargas Operating Company Limited. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals. 6. Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Proficient in using CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
