Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team in Doha. As a part-time position at the Associate level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Upsell additional products and services to customers when appropriate. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 7. Utilize critical thinking skills to solve complex customer problems. 8. Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality to engage with customers effectively. 2. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and support the team. 3. Excellent critical thinking ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and call center technology is a plus. 6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
