Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Associate in our office located in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or provide information about our services. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Meet or exceed daily call quotas and quality assurance standards. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent customer service skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
