Job Description: As a Remote Call Center Associate at Snoonu, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and gather feedback - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Utilize company systems and databases to access customer information and provide accurate and relevant assistance - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficient in using computer software and systems - High school diploma or equivalent
