Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls and emails.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Handle customer reservations, cancellations, and modifications. 4. Provide information about our services, promotions, and offerings to customers. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Meet performance goals and targets set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Adaptability to handle different types of customer inquiries. 7. Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
