Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information - Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers - Record call details and customer information accurately in the system - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Meet and exceed set KPIs and targets - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to call center policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and resilient in challenging situations - Team player with strong negotiation skills - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems
