Call Center Associate - Work from home

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team, working remotely from home in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently 2. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines 5. Update customer information in the database accurately 6. Work closely with team members to achieve department goals 7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets 8. Participate in training and development sessions as required

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer service role 3. Excellent communication and listening skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. Reliable and hardworking personality traits
