Call Center Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team at Qatar Sports Investments. This is a part-time work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Use negotiation skills to address customer concerns effectively. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center performance.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries. 5. Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in using call center software and computer applications.
