Job Description:
Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a reliable and passionate Call Center Manager to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of call center representatives. As an Associate Level Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our call center and delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center representatives and oversee their daily activities - Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Train and onboard new employees, providing ongoing support and guidance - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
