Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our call center team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of customer service best practices.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to achieve performance targets and KPIs - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations, efficiency, and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Train and coach call center staff on best practices, product knowledge, and communication skills - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely manner - Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service across the organization - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders - Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude towards challenges - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and decision-making - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
