Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare providers.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement call center strategies and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Supervise, train, and mentor call center staff to ensure they meet performance targets and provide excellent service. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to drive continuous improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the call center remains competitive and innovative. 8. Maintain accurate records and reports on call center activities and performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 6. Proficient in strategic planning and decision-making. 7. Ability to work in a high-energy environment and deliver impactful results.
