Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


The Remote Call Center Manager at Qatar Science & Technology Park will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center team, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This individual will work remotely to monitor and improve call center performance, implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency, and train and develop call center staff.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives and supervisors - Set performance goals and targets for the call center team - Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement training programs for call center staff - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in call center management - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of improving call center performance and customer satisfaction - Hardworking and dedicated personality traits - Problem-solving and cooperation soft skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience with call center software and technology
