Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company in Doha. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the call center operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of call center representatives. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures. 3. Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Train and coach call center staff to improve performance and productivity. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 6. Analyze call center data and prepare reports on key performance metrics. 7. Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and improve processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 9. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management. 3. Proven track record of success in managing a call center team. 4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 6. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong presentation and planning skills. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
