Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Doha. This position is part-time and requires a candidate with a senior level of experience, ideally 6 years in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee remote call center operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer calls and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to support ongoing development - Analyze call center data and implement changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and processes


Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Experience in strategic planning and strong emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in call center software and technology - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
