Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


As a Call Center Manager at Ezdan Holding Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center team. Your primary goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You will also be responsible for monitoring call center performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and training and developing call center staff.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives. 2. Set performance goals and monitor team performance. 3. Develop and implement training programs for call center staff. 4. Monitor call center metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 9. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for call center staff.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 5. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
