Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a reliable and confident Call Center Manager to work remotely from home in Doha, Qatar. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center agents and provide ongoing support and supervision. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure high quality customer service. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to identify customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 7. Generate reports on call center performance and present findings to senior management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 2. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 3. Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
