Job Description:
The Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a qualified and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management and possess a strong work ethic. As an Associate Level Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall call center performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Create and maintain call center policies and procedures - Conduct regular training sessions for call center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in call center management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Reliable and confident personality traits - Proficient in research and project management soft skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software
