Job Description:
Al Jazeera Media Network is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, you will play a key role in overseeing the operations of our call center team.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Create and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service. 8. Implement technology solutions to enhance call center operations and streamline processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 5. Proficiency in planning and organization. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage diverse teams. 7. Knowledge of call center technology and tools. 8. Ability to work independently and remotely.
