Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at Qatar Airways Cargo, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our work-from-home call center team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with team members to provide coaching and training, as well as monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure optimal performance and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service standards and achieve operational goals - Monitor call center metrics and develop reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and enhance the call center operations - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a call center management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Dedication and motivation to drive continuous improvement - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
