Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Call Center Manager at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our remote call center team. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customer service representatives provide exceptional support to our clients while meeting performance metrics and goals. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home.


Responsibilities: 1. Supervise a team of customer service representatives working remotely. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to improve their performance and customer service skills. 5. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing remote call center teams. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
