Call Center Officer

Estithmar Holding is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer. This part-time entry-level position is based in Doha, Qatar and requires no previous experience.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements: - Must be adaptable and energetic to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Possess emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
