Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide necessary information - Recording and updating customer information in the database - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the call center - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills - Creativity in problem-solving and customer interaction - No prior experience required - training will be provided
