Job Description: As a Call Center Officer at Vodafone Qatar, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with their telecommunications needs, resolve any issues they may have, and provide guidance on products and services offered by Vodafone Qatar. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up with customers as needed.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or personnel. 3. Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability. 4. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 6. Update customer information in the database during each call. 7. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. 8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong innovation and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
