Job Description:
Qatar Airways is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Officer in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. We are looking for someone who is driven and hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and a cooperative attitude.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing information on fares and schedules - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management - Stay up to date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
