Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a motivated and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the call center industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about products and services, as well as resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Generate sales leads and upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet or exceed call volume and sales targets on a daily basis

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask - Effective presentation skills to engage with customers over the phone - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes - Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
