Job Description:
As a Call Center Officer at Qatar Foundation, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information and assistance to customers, clients, and stakeholders. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and programs offered by Qatar Foundation 3. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, escalating to higher levels of management when necessary 4. Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar Foundation's policies, procedures, and offerings 6. Input and update customer information in the database accurately 7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience 8. Meet or exceed targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators 9. Provide feedback on call center processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness 10. Adhere to call center policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software 7. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service 8. Ability to conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries 9. Equal opportunity employer and values diversity
