Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. The Call Center Officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or requests - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and goals


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle difficult customers - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required
