Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Solar Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Doha. As an Entry-Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Provide information and support to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
