Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven Remote Call Center Officer to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone calls from the comfort of your own home in Doha, QA.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or to conduct surveys - Updating customer information in the database accurately - Meeting customer service targets and goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong adaptability skills to handle various types of customer interactions - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent
