Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Make and receive calls from customers, providing information and assistance regarding their electricity and water services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Confidence and reliability to handle customer inquiries effectively - Soft skills in cooperation and negotiation to effectively handle challenging situations
