Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team in Doha, QA. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or inquiries - Providing information about products and services, and assisting customers with placing orders or resolving issues - Recording and maintaining accurate customer records and details - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong research skills to assist customers with finding information or solutions to their inquiries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
