Job Description:
As a Call Center Officer at Ezdan Holding Group, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients in a professional and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and you must ensure that all interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and accuracy.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, provide information about products and services, and promote company offerings. 3. Manage customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 7. Leadership and analysis soft skills. 8. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
