Job Description:
Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to work from home in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Document all interactions and follow up with customers as needed. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets in areas such as call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Strong decision-making skills and ability to problem-solve effectively. 5. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
