Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a dedicated Call Center Officer to work from home in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions - Following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency - Meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets set by the company - Collaborating with team members to improve overall performance - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and dependable individual who can work effectively from home - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficient in using call center software and tools - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a bonus
