Job Description:
QatarDebate, a leading organization in Doha, is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience to the right candidate. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and representing QatarDebate in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about QatarDebate programs and services - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and gather feedback - Assist with scheduling appointments, processing registrations, and resolving customer inquiries or issues - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and contribute to overall customer satisfaction - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of QatarDebate offerings
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally - Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and find innovative solutions - Persuasive communicator who can influence and convince customers to take desired actions
