Call Center Officer - Work from home

Sidra Medicine, a premier medical institution based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. 3. Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and a professional phone etiquette. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 5. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
