As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and partners.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Solve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong people management skills to handle difficult customer interactions. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
