Job Description:

QatarDebate, a leading organization in promoting debate culture and critical thinking in Qatar, is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to call center policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits to engage customers effectively. 3. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs. 4. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software quickly. 6. High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
