Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions - Address customer concerns and resolve problems efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service - Input and update customer information in the database - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries - Energetic and positive attitude - Presentation and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
