Job Description:
Qatar Airways is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, have strong planning skills, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries. 2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 4. Assist customers with online booking and payment processes. 5. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
