Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a highly motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed - Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or call center environment - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required
