Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and gather feedback. - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. - Providing product information and assistance with navigating the company's services. - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations. - Cooperating with team members and collaborating effectively to achieve team goals.
