Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, requests, and complaints - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide them with exceptional service - Conducting research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information - Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals - Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research skills and the ability to quickly find solutions to customer problems - Demonstrated people management abilities and the capacity to work well in a team - Motivated and energetic personality with a strong work ethic - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
