Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


As a Call Center Representative at Mall of Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all callers and assisting with inquiries related to the mall, events, promotions, and other services. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and providing information to customers - Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Resolving customer issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner - Processing orders, reservations, and ticket sales - Promoting mall events, promotions, and services - Collaborating with other departments to coordinate customer requests - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Demonstrating a positive and energetic attitude at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and confident personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Teamwork and creativity skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
